 Remote on location recording standard package

         Standard package of up to 2 one hour performances or 4 hours total for the          event. Up to 64 tracks of capture for your application. Capture includes set up          and equipment for application. We deliver a rough 2 Track mix for your review          of the entire show within 5 days. You pick ten songs from your show that you          would like professionally mixed to CD. We deliver a professionally mixed CD of          those 10 songs to you within 5 days.

 Cost Details:

      $250.00 deposit is required to schedule the remote recording date.

      deposit is non refundable if client cancels date with out 14 day notice.

      $250.00 is due upon arrival at the remote recording location.

      $300.00 is due upon approval of the final mixed CD.

Recording at Broad street studios standard package

 9 am to 5 pm  sessions in studio at a block rate of 200.00 a day.

 1 hour set up and 1 hour strike of instrumentation at no charge to the client.

   Band demo packages @ 100.00 for 4 hours recording and mix down combined.

 Vinil or tape transfers

Broad street studios can transfer to cd or produce mp3, wave files, dsd files

From your vinyl or tape media at a rate of 25.00 per hour. Broad Street studios is not liable for degradation of supplied media and inconsistencies in playback of old media. Additional copy’s of transfers are 1.00 each

Recording Deposits

All sessions require a $100.00 deposit at the time of booking. Any booking without a deposit will be considered "tentative" and may be scheduled over by a booking with a deposit. If this is your first time working in the studio and no deposit has been given for the session, the session does not exist. Deposits can be made over the phone with Visa or Mastercard, or in person with cash. All deposits are considered a credit to the clients account. Deposits are non-refundable. There are no deposits required for sessions booked after a client's initial session as long as sessions are booked in a consecutive manner and the clients account is in good standing. Broad Street Studios does retain the right to request deposits for any session and has the option to cancel any session at any time. In case of a cancellation made by the studio a refund of the deposit and/or any credit will be refunded should the client not rebook or not be rebooked as long as no balance is carried on the clients account, in which case the balance will be deducted from the credit.

Cancellations

A cancellation by the client may be made any time prior to 14 days before the scheduled session date with any deposit transferring to the new date. Clients canceling within a 14 day period of their scheduled date will lose the entire deposit and be required to place another deposit for any rescheduled bookings. In the case of a cancellation of a return session with no deposit, within 14 days of the scheduled session a charge of $100.00 will be added to the clients account. Any client or potential client that cancels on the day they are scheduled in the studio will be charged for the full time they were scheduled for at the full hourly rate.
